3.5 Withdrawal Verification. hd77win applies standard fraud prevention checks to all withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be held pending identity or payment method verification. 3.6 Own Payment Method Rule. You may only deposit to and withdraw from hd77win using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. Any account found using a third-party payment method will have withdrawals suspended and may be subject to full account review. 3.7 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 90 days or more ("Dormant Account") may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to 500 PKR per calendar month, deducted from the account's remaining real-money balance. Where the balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the balance will be reduced to zero and the account closed. Dormant account fees do not apply to accounts with a zero PKR balance.

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by hd77win are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms of each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. 4.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses are not reinstated under any circumstances.

4.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other active bonuses, a player may only participate in one hd77win promotion at a time. Attempting to hold multiple overlapping bonuses that are not designated as combinable constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture.

4.6 Bonus Abuse. hd77win takes bonus abuse seriously. 5.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on the hd77win platform — including but not limited to hd77win Casino live dealer tables, Jackpot Slots, Prize Feature Slots, Cockfighting, and Limbo — has its own specific rules and payout structures. These are displayed within each game before play commences. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software defect affecting the outcome of any game on the hd77win platform, hd77win reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the relevant stakes to players' accounts. hd77win's decision on malfunction-related outcomes is final. "Void and return" is the standard resolution for genuine technical faults — no additional compensation is payable.

5.3 Disconnections During Live Games. The outcome will be applied to the player's account upon reconnection. hd77win accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side disconnections.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all hd77win account holders directly within the account settings, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hd77win platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, each of which may independently result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement:

1. Underage gambling: Registering or playing as a person under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access to the hd77win platform.
2. Multiple accounts: Operating more than one hd77win account simultaneously or sequentially under any identity.
3. Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment methods to fund an hd77win account.

9.3 Balance on Closure. Where hd77win closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the remaining balance — after deduction of any bonus funds, voided winnings, and any amounts owed to hd77win — will be handled in accordance with hd77win's fraud and compliance procedures. Where closure is for administrative or eligibility reasons unrelated to fraud, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player.

10.1 Platform Availability. hd77win will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability continuously. However, hd77win does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or connectivity issues caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

10.2 Financial Losses from Gaming. Gambling involves risk. hd77win does not guarantee winnings and will not be responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, provided games have operated correctly in accordance with their certified rules. You gamble at your own risk and should only stake amounts you can afford to lose.

10.3 Third-Party Services. The hd77win platform relies on third-party game providers, payment processors, and streaming technology providers. hd77win will not be liable for losses caused by failures, errors, or interruptions originating within third-party systems outside hd77win's direct operational control.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd77win's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your hd77win account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Right to Amend. hd77win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to players by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page and, for material changes, by direct notification via the registered account contact method (SMS or in-platform notification).

11.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the hd77win platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the hd77win platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

11.3 Archive. Prior versions of these Terms are not publicly available but may be provided to players or regulators upon request where compliance or dispute resolution requires reference to a specific historical version.

12.1 Contact Before Dispute. 12.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms applicable to bonuses you have claimed, constitute the entire agreement between you and hd77win and supersede all prior representations, discussions, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the hd77win platform.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
